How to delete your account and personal data from Panya
Delete Your Account In-App
You can permanently delete your Panya account and all associated personal data directly from within the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the Panya app and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to your Profile by tapping your profile icon.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
- Your amulet collection and any content you created or uploaded
- Your activity history and usage data linked to your account
- Any social sign-in links (Google, Facebook, Apple)
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained after deletion where required by law or legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records required for accounting or tax compliance
- Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our Terms & Conditions
- Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at info@panya.asia. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
